I am a photographer based in Charlotte, North Carolina who loves spending time in the mountains of western NC. My passion is documentary photography and I use that approach to create images whether it is photographing my travel journeys, creating personal projects, or using my camera to document events.

In May 2019 I received a Certificate in Documentary Studies in Photography from the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University. This course of study instilled in me a collaborative approach to creating images with intentionality around how each story is told, whose story is it to tell, and how my viewpoint influences the photos I take.
